             To open an account in our e-shop, click on "My Account" in the main menu and enter your email address, first and last name, phone number, password, delivery address and / or billing address. You can also register while placing an order.

             Yes, you can cancel your order by calling Customer Service or filling out the online form. You can change or cancel the order within 15 minutes of placing an order.

             The amount paid for products is debited from your account after placing an order, but is transferred to our account via MobilPay only after the packaging and preparation of the products for delivery.
